||If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept your timely return. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged), should have all tags attached, be in the same undamaged plastic packaging. If you are returning shoes that were shipped to you in the box, these shoes must be returned in the same box. Shoes returned without a box will not be accepted for refund. Used or damaged merchandise will not be refunded.
Used merchandise cannot be returned.
JEFFERIES tights and socks are final sale items and can not be returned.
Items reduced 50% or more, are final sale and can not be returned.
For returns and exchanges, follow the guidelines below:
We will accept returns postmarked within 7 business days from the date you received the parcel. Returns postmarked after this time or received in the store 21 days after the date you received the parcel will not be accepted for refund/store credit. You will be notified by email and we arrange for the parcel to be returned to sender.
You are responsible for ALL return shipping fees and charges.
Fill out the Merchandise Return Form on the back of your invoice and enclose it with your shipment. To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use an insured and traceable shipping method (such as Canada Post, USPS 1st Class or Priority) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. For returns from US: We only accept returns mailed via USPS, we DO NOT accept returns mailed via UPS/FedEx.
Please make sure that the items are returned in a sturdy package (such as a padded envelope or box, similar to the way the items were originally sent). We are not responsible for damage that might occur to the item(s) in transit back to us. Send the package to the address indicated on the Merchandise Return Form.
International customers returning items back to Canada, please make sure that you properly complete customs declaration form to avoid any wrong customs fees & duties. On the customs declaration form please indicate "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE" and mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS". Please also attach original invoice to the outside of the packaging. (You can put an invoice in the envelope and attach the envelope to the outside of the packaging or use the postal carrier's plastic bag for customs documentation and shipping manifests). Failing to complete customs declaration properly may result in wrong customs fees and duties being assessed on the parcel. If customs declaration form was not completed properly and wrong customs fees and duties were assessed, we will be deducting those fees from your refund in order to get the parcel from the post office and process your return.
If your return does not meet our return guidelines, you will be notified via e-mail and we will arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to you.
Returned items that meet our return guidelines will be processed within 1-3 business days from the day the item(s) are received at our warehouse. Items are thoroughly inspected before returns are processed and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed or damaged or if they do not have their original tags attached. Once return is processed we will notify you via email.
Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the form of an original method of payment. Allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show up on you account.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If your order was delivered via FREE shipping, and items from your order that you keep are less then $99, shipping fee in the amount of CAD12.00 will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to get a different item(s) or size, please return your original merchandise along with the Merchandise Return Form form and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item(s) before placing a new order.
You are responsible for the shipping fees on the exchange order. If you are exchanging an item because we by mistake sent you a wrong merchandise, your new order will be shipped via Standard delivery shipping option free of charge.
